Danger!!! Alex is two!
So...despite a storm that hit on Alex's birthday, we still made the drive to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate. He now knows...after some practice to answer "two" when asked how old he is. He is growing so fast! His favorite question is "Mom wherewegoin?" He is a fabulous singer and loves the sunbeam song. He said his first real prayer by himself last week. He included "Gamma and Manda" without any help. It is fun to see him using his agency...most of the time. I am having fun making it a tradition to make Alex's birthday cake each year...

Awww, Kara, I'm so glad you have a blog. I'll let everyone know how uncool I am when I say-- I can hardly stand facebook. And I would prefer to blog any day. That is, to read other people's blogs. I myself couldn't take the pressure of a blog.
You look and sound so good. I was thinking that I can't believe I don't even know you as a married person! I wish we could get together. Maybe when you're in Portland! I'm a stay at home mom too, so we'd be available to take a little car ride to see you.
